Engagement
Terms are established and service begins. A dedicated point of contact is assigned. Execution proceeds.
Principles
Obsidian Way does not publish rates or packages. Each relationship reflects the specific requirements of the principal.
The organization reserves complete discretion in accepting new engagements. Mutual alignment is the only basis for proceeding.
Referrals from existing principals are welcomed but not required.
